About Everyday Homemade

Everyday Homemade is a food and related services venture established in 2006 by co-owners, Sue Christian and Donna Benson. They have a shared vision: 1. Gain a reputation for providing clients food with attitude. 2. Always put the client’s needs and wishes first. 3. Support the local economy. 4. Grow the business without sacrificing quality, individualized service, or the personal joy of doing what they each do best.
Food with attitude: None of Everyday Homemade’s foods can ever be called common or hum-drum. From the breakfast breads and muffins to the tasty sandwiches and soups, appetizers and dinner entrees to the mouthwatering cookies, brownies, cheesecakes, and desserts everything produced by Everyday Homemade is made with the freshest and best ingredients available. There are never any preservatives used. This gives each product a flavor advantage you can taste. Whether it’s the layering of flavors in a soup or stew; the fresh fruit flavor of a blueberry pie; or the rich chocolate goodness of a brownie, you will recognize the quality difference in the first bite.
The attitude is: Don’t just make it; make it delicious! Food should be an experience. Wake up your taste buds with bright, fresh flavors. Don’t settle for bland when what you want is an explosion of taste.
Client needs and wishes first: Everyday Homemade has no set list of products from which to choose. The belief is that every client and their needs are unique to them. Acting on this belief, whether you are planning a party, ordering a gift basket, or want a special dessert, Donna and Sue will visit with you to gain an understanding of your event, learn a little about the person who is receiving the gift basket, or make sure the dessert is perfect for your occasion. Once the information gathering is concluded, they will offer options for your consideration. It is a process that will assure success for both the client and Everyday Homemade. This process extends to special dietary needs and the availability of allergy friendly foods.
Support the local economy: Everyday Homemade is committed to using locally grown or produced products whenever possible. Nothing can top the quality and freshness of local fruits, vegetables, eggs and dairy, and o-o-h that maple syrup. Besides the benefits to creating superior taste, buying from local farmers and merchants gives back to the community where Everyday Homemade has chosen to live and work. Supporting local farms and businesses is a privilege and a responsibility.

on it’s products and services.Everyday Homemade is a joy to own and run. It will be in business for many, many years because Sue and Donna are following their passions. Sue is a self-professed people junkie who successfully runs the marketing and sales end of the business where she can have daily contacts with new and existing clients. Donna’s passion is the kitchen where she produces the food; and developing menu selections for parties, business meetings, or other special occasions.
